Investigators say the murder may have taken place sometime in early September and believe the footage is linked to the remains of a body found on the side of the highway earlier this month. The arrested XNUMX-year-old man is in custody. He is also incriminated by the images of the carpet, which is identified with the carpet in the hotel room he rented last month. The finder apparently couldn't believe his eyes.
