Google CarWe also have dboard in our editorial office and we consider it an absolute entry into the world of virtual reality. The Californian company came up with a way to introduce people to VR devices in a really simple and cheap way - they used cardboard from which you assemble a trial VR device in which you place your phone. Unfortunately, most of the apps were only available for Android until now, but that will change. Those who desire Oculus, Morpheus or Gears and have iPhone, will soon find themselves in App Store applications that are compatible with Cardboard.
Indeed, Google has announced the official Google Cardboard application for iOS, which is compatible with iPhone 5 and all newer models. The application allows you to get an experience that you could not have with a "bare" iPhone, so you can see a virtual tour of a museum with 3D exhibits, a kaleidoscope or you can walk around cities. The company has also prepared for the future here, announcing that it is developing a new model Cardboard compatible with Nexus 6 and other 6-inch phones. The new generation of the box also includes a new "activator" from the box and not from magnets. Unfortunately, the free application is not yet available in Slovak App Store, only in American. Nevertheless, in App Store you can already find several applications that are compatible with the product Cardboard.
