Leica Sofort 2 is an incredible achievement by Leica for today. The new camera from Leica combines the best of the worlds of digital and analog photography. The Sofort 2 is a hybrid camera model, thanks to which you can take photos on analog Instax film and print photos directly from the camera, but at the same time you have the option to take photos digitally on the camera's internal memory or microSD and then transfer them directly from the camera wirelessly to your phone and select and edit them there. The camera itself also has a 3″ display, with a resolution of 460 pixels, which corresponds to today's Retina displays in iPhone.

Once you've taken a photo digitally, you can view it, edit it with filters in the camera, or save it to your phone where you can edit it in the Leica Fotos app and then print it straight from your phone. The Leica Sofort combines the best of digital and instax photography. The camera itself has a 28mm lens with an aperture of f/2 to F16, miniwith a focal length of 10 cm and automatic exposure control. The shutter speed can be set between 1/4 and 1/8000 with the option to turn on the flash. Unlike classic instax photos, it is not necessary to take photos only on a bright sunny day, but also indoors and in the dark. The digital sensor has a resolution of 2560×1920 pixels, i.e. 4,9 Mpx, and 45 images can be stored on the internal memory.

Leica Sofort 2 will be available from November 9 this year in three colors: black, white and red. The price is set at €389, i.e. roughly CZK 10. In addition, Leica has already prepared a number of very interesting accessories, including magnetic frames designed for photos from Sofort 000, which you can attach, for example, to the refrigerator. So, if you are tempted by instax photography and at the same time don't want to destroy half the film before you manage to take a picture, the Sofort 2 is the ideal solution.
