The XM4 was worth the old slipper. The only good thing about it was that ANC.
Aonic 50 did not play badly.
I have the third generation of these headphones. Excellent price/performance ratio for me. I use via BT and, of course, also wired whenever possible. It's a pity that the fourth and fifth generations lack the Aptx codec. Sometimes it crashes if there is no Ldac support.

That's more a matter of the software that "pseudo Atmos" makes and sends to the headphones, than the actual headphones, right?
I have an XM3 and great, these look even better, if I didn't have an XM3 I'd go for them.
I owned an xm3 and as soon as I heard one AirPods max I passed by in a moment. AirPody and xm3 moved to the family.
I am writing this because they are current AirPods max in big discounts and I don't believe that the xm5 can match them at a price that is already closer than it was in the past.

If you like a modified sound, which Apple he does, so why not. Sony headphones, however, sound different - use of a much better BT codec, support for hi-res audio, the ability to listen audio via cable. However, Apple not a typical manufacturer audio products.
Hi, can I ask a question? These are my first headphones with ANCHowever, I tried a few of them in the store and after about 3 days I have the initial feeling that ANC really not much, even in the reviews on YouTube it comes out much better than in mine. I tried to play with it in the app.. In the app I downloaded, you can control the intensity of the Ambient mode with a slider, but the intensity of the Noise cancelingu is not possible. There is no slider here. Either it is ANC on or Ambient mode is used or completely OFF. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Is there a way to increase this intensity or the only thing that ANC Can I make them turn it on? I would really appreciate it, because now I'm thinking about returning them because I'm disappointed.
