We've had more than enough adventures, RPGs and other longer titles here lately. But why not take a trip to the post-apocalyptic world? Developers from the Blingame studio have been working on the interesting game HAAK for a long time, which abounds not only in interesting visuals, but also in a highly original narrative. In addition, it is a game from the metroidvania genre, i.e. an almost forgotten type of titles that offers fast gameplay and, above all, original game mechanics.
Hundreds of games are released on the Apple operating system every day, but only a few can boast of greater originality, an interesting theme or perhaps an unconventional setting. Fortunately, the developers from the Blingame studio took pity and came up with just such a title that will offer all of this. This is a game called HAAK, where in the skin of a boy we will run through the post-apocalyptic world and admire the beauty of a bygone civilization. There will be a wonderful contrast, an interesting visual style and, above all, an epic combat system, where fast gameplay, effective use of abilities and, above all, adaptation to the environment will play a role. Enemies will also offer a wide range, which will appear in the form of some kind of mutated bugs, or, conversely, mechanical monsters.
The developers also promise a quality story, where we will have to search for the last drop of life and walk through a desolate landscape. The creators do not deprive us of the dense atmosphere that goes hand in hand with a remarkable visual style, and above all, challenges that will draw us into the game even more. And if you happen to stop enjoying the main storyline, you can always get bored with one of the side missions and try to get some equipment or abilities beyond the narrative. Either way, it definitely looks like we have something to look forward to. If only because, apart from iOS and Android, the title will also be released on Nintendo Switch, which portends much broader possibilities than in the case of only mobile platforms. When the game will be released exactly is up in the stars, but according to the developers, it should be in the near future.
