Every device from the Apple company, and of course not only here, contains pieces of gold. It can be said that each of us holds a piece of gold in our hands when surfing the Internet or when making a call. However, the gold particles are really tiny, they are most often used to properly connect two contacts. All this gold, which Apple it needs to build its equipment, it now gets it from miners who take care not to destroy the environment during mining, and also to improve the environment after mining the gold. The same step was taken by the world-famous company Tiffany & Co, which decided to buy all the gold for its jewelry only from those miners who are trying to restore the state of the landscape not only after the gold rush to its original state.
Apple explains this step very simply. Since a lot of gold is currently found along the banks of streams and other bodies of water, there is damage to these water areas. In addition, since 1991, the Pacific salmon, which uses these watercourses in Alaska to breed, has appeared on the endangered species list. Because of gold mining and the destroyed environment, it cannot reach the necessary breeding places. The RESOLVE organization, which takes care of meeting the most difficult challenges around the world, decided to fight this problem. So the organization came up with a project that allows you to combine two things at the same time – mining the rest of the Yukon gold and, together with it, restoring the landscape to the state it was in before the gold rush.

Hypocrites... on the one hand they play at environmentalism and on the other hand they spew millions every day AirPods with a non-replaceable battery. Buy it and throw it away in two years…. makes sense
