For some, hackers are today's heroes, for others, on the contrary, they are literally the waste of society. Whatever your opinion about them, the real hackers that I read about, for example, in the fantastic book "Tales of Young Hackers", have a completely different perception of the world than ordinary consumer society. Their ideas are often noble, but they do not fit into today's consumerist way of life. One of the interesting hackers is also Christopher McKinlay, who met ex-FBI agent Michael Panico in the movie Blackhat, in which they both acted as consultants.
Christopher subsequently met with his counterpart in an interesting interview, which you can watch below. In it, for example, you will learn about how he hacked the popular OKCupid list to become the most popular man in LA and met his current fiancee thanks to it. The views on security are particularly interesting, in which both men agreed that users should not be the only ones concerned about the security of users, who, apart from a strong password and following a few basic rules, do not have much influence over whether someone hacks their bank account or not.
