Apple, like any other company in the world, responds to the demands of its users. Well, apparently no company in the world would react the way it did Apple during the last few days. A Reddit user posted his story about sending a CEO a while ago Apple Teams Cookovi e-mail in which he criticized the melody that is played automatically while waiting on the line when the user is on the phone with the company. The user said that the music was of terribly low quality, making the upbeat rock song sound out of tune.

The user wouldn't have realized it at first, but his "nerves" for poor quality music ran out after waiting on the line for more than 20 minutes because he needed to fix a problem with his phone iPhone. Apple he responded in the case of the customer's email quite similarly to how he responded in my case when I sent Tim Cookemail regarding iPhone 3GS. The very next day, the customer was contacted by a spokeswoman from Cupertino, who informed him that she had received an e-mail from the CEO regarding the low quality of the music while waiting on the line and confirmed that Tim Cook proved the customer right after waiting on the line Applu tried personally. The spokeswoman therefore assured the customer that Apple will start testing the sound quality on different phones and connections to make the experience of waiting on the line as good as possible. Apple in the end he kept his promise and when the customer phoned to Applu the next time, the music was much more pleasant and of a much higher quality.
