If you update to iOS 7 GM, you will not be able to install the official version iOS 7 for the public. The version of the operating system released today iOS 7 carries the so-called GM or Golden Master designation. This designation means, among other things, that it is the final version iOS 7, the same version that Apple release to the public and at the same time the latest version intended for developers.

From time to time, another test version is released after the GM, but only if there is a really serious bug in the Golden Master that needs to be tested and fixed before release.  Pro users, i.e. only for developers who are already testing the operating system on their devices iOS 7 this means that the moment they install iOS 7 GM, they will not be released after iOS 7 no update offered to the public.

Final test version iOS 7 GM is 99,9% identical to the version that Apple will then be released to the public, so there is basically nothing to update. If you are still interested in updating to the public version iOS 7, for example if you use iOS 7 on your device that is not registered for developers, you can use Restore system and download iOS 7 directly through iTunes when the first version is available to the public. However, if you are using iOS 7 on a developer-registered device, there is no reason not to install GM. The next update that Apple will issue and will be marked, for example, as iOS 7.0.1 will of course also be available to those who install iOS 7 GMs already.
