I had the honor of using all of the above products, but after years I was only really excited about classic toothpaste and Crystal coating. Recently, it has started to be replaced by a special cream, which, however, does not have anywhere near the whitening effect of Crystal. Swiss Dent designed crystal especially for the restoration of tooth enamel and overall regeneration of teeth and gums. Whitening in this case is only considered as a secondary effect of special pads with paste. However, my experience is that not only does regeneration occur, but also significant whitening.
While with the classic Swiss Dent toothpaste you get one, maxat least two shades of your original tooth color away, with Crystal it is even more, in addition, the enamel and gums are also regenerated. In addition to the single-bundle toothbrush, the package also includes 30 pads with 1,5 ml of paste. Every evening after brushing your teeth, you break one pad and apply its contents to your teeth using the single-bundle toothbrush that is included. Then you do not rinse your teeth and miniYou must not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes. Of course, it is best to do everything right before going to bed and not eat or drink until the morning. The effect is so maxYou apply it and the paste can work all night. At first, you will feel as if you have fine sand on your teeth, but this feeling will disappear within a few dozen minutes and only a fresh feeling will remain, the same as with the classic Swiss Dent toothpaste.
Personally, I began to notice the greatest whitening effect in the second week of use, that is, already at the end of the first. At that time, the teeth really began to whiten, despite the fact that after years of using the classic Swiss Dentka, their color was not bad at all. In addition to whitening, there was also one effect that I especially appreciate as an interesting marketing move. I change the pastes mainly because the red version has the effect, at least for me, of increasing the sensitivity of my teeth and after more than two months of use I can no longer drink really ice water. However, after applying Crystal, this is no problem, cold drinks or sweet chocolate no longer bother the teeth. This is where I see Swiss Dent's marketing being exaggerated. While the red toothpaste whitens and freshens your breath, Crystal then puts them together so you can use the red version of Swiss Dent all the time.
My personal experience is such that I can only recommend Crystal, but it is important to state that each person can react to certain whitening agents differently, so while the solution from Swiss Dent suits some people, others may not and will get a much better effect with another brand. Unfortunately, Swiss Dent has recently started to promote a black cream instead of Crystal, which I have only tested for about three weeks, but its effect is incomparable to Crystal and, from my point of view, no effect has appeared either in whitening or in regeneration.
