It will also offer a 200MP main camera, a 6900mAh battery, and IPX8 and IPX9 water resistance.
Fans of foldable phones know that folding phones are often a compromise. A large display often comes at the cost of a weaker camera or a smaller battery, because there's only so much you can fit into a thin body divided into two halves. New vivo X Fold6 tries to erase these concessions. And Samsung Magazine readers may also be pleased to know that Samsung indirectly signed it: the main camera uses the Samsung HPB sensor, which was created in cooperation between the two companies, and the internal display is built on a luminiSamsung M14 stage material.
The ZEISS main camera has a resolution of 200 Mpx, ZEISS T* anti-reflective coating and optical stabilization at the CIPA 4,5 level. It is complemented by a ZEISS APO telephoto lens with a Sony LYTIA 602 sensor, 3x zoom and 70 mm equivalent. According to the manufacturer, this is the first ZEISS APO-certified telephoto lens in a foldable phone. It also handles macro and up to 100x ZEISS HyperZoom. The lineup is rounded off by a 50Mpx ultrawide-angle camera and image processing is handled by the vivo Imaging Chip V3+. Pro For greater reach, the vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 is ready with a 200mm equivalent. It measures 96mm, weighs 153g and works with other current vivo flagship models.

The internal display has a diagonal of 8,02 inches, the external 6,51 inches. Both use LTPO technology with an adaptive refresh rate of 1 to 120 Hz and a local brightness of up to 5000 nits. The manufacturer has also cleverly incorporated the large area into photography. Left-Screen function Preview shows captured images on the left half of the display while the camera remains on the right, the Cover Screen Teleprompter displays text on the external display when shooting with the rear camera, and the Interactive Cover Screen plays animations on it that will attract the attention of children and pets. Stage Mode is ready for concerts with 4K video at 60 frames per second with Dolby Vision.
The 6900 mAh BlueVolt battery uses a 5th generation silicon anode and 3rd generation semi-solid technology, which, according to the manufacturer, ensures a reliable supply of energy even in frosts down to −20 °C. Yet the phone measures just 4,4 mm when unfolded and weighs 228 g (variaPrism Black). Charging can be doneonem 80 W wired and 40 W wireless, there is also reverse wireless charging.
