Licensing and storage allocation
Each user license weQNAPcloud Storage Business includes 2TB cloudThe storage capacity and total available storage capacity are calculated based on the number of licenses purchased. Organizations have the flexibility to purchase additional user licenses to increase total storage capacity, regardless of the number of active users.
For example, organizations that need 20 TB of storage can purchase 10 user licenses (10 x 2 TB) even if fewer team members are actively using the service. Storage usage, access permissions, and file ownership can be centrally managed to suit each organization’s team structure and operational needs.
