Apple is apparently planning to expand its range of large wireless headphones through Beats with a brand new model, the Beats 360. Information about it has now appeared directly on the websites of several British retailers, from where it has since disappeared, but they have managed to reveal practically all the important information. And it seems we have something to look forward to.

Beats 360 won't be just another variato the current Beats Studio ProThe design is to be significantly more rounded and the headphones will also get fabric ear cushions and headband padding. Interestingly, both of these elements will be replaceable. Beats is not only counting on replacement ear cushions after wear, but also on the ability to change their appearance.

Beats tooneseriously thinks about sports

But I think the most interesting news is something completely different. The Beats 360 are supposed to be the first large Beats headphones with sweat and water resistance. Specifically, they should be IPX4 certified, so they should be much more suitable for exercising or running than the current generation of large Beats. And that makes a lot of sense to me. Personally, I have always seen large headphones more as devices for traveling, working, or listening at home. But if Beats can offer a comfortable model that you don't have to be afraid to take to the gym, it can appeal to another group of customers.

The headphones are also said to offer active noise cancellation, with Beats claiming that ANC will be up to 1,75x more effective than Beats Studio ProThere is also a pass-through mode, surround sound with dynamic head tracking, or better quality microphones for phone calls.

The price is supposed to be $299

The Beats 360 will be available in several colors, including pink, black, sky blue, and CloudThe design will be foldable and the package should also include a fabric case. The expected price is also interesting. In the United States, the Beats 360 are expected to start at $299, which would put them in a rather interesting position against the competition.

Apple neither Beats have announced their official launch yet. However, given that the product has appeared in the offers of major retailers, I personally would not believe that we will have to wait many months for it. On the contrary, it seems that the Beats 360 are very close to an official launch. And if they really offer a combination of comfort, ANC, sweat resistance and replaceable eartips for a price of around $299, it could be a very interesting competitor not only for AirPods Max, but also for a number of other premium wireless headphones.
