Britain's King Charles III has decided to share his personal musical tastes through a special program called The King's Music Room, which will premiere on March 10th at Apple Music 1. This unique musical selection, recorded at Buckingham Palace, celebrates the rich music scene of the Commonwealth countries and demonstrates the King's deep connection to music.

The playlist includes a diverse range of musicians – from the legendary Bob Marley to Kylie Minogue to contemporary stars such as Davido and RAYE. During the broadcast, King Charles III will share his personal memories of some of the performers and explain why these songs are so significant to him.

At the beginning of the program, he says: "Music has always meant a lot to me. It has the ability to bring joy, bring back beautiful memories, and bring people together in celebration. It is a universal language that can both encourage and delight."

The show will premiere on March 10th on Apple Music 1 and will subsequently be available on demand for subscribers Apple MusicListeners will be able to tune in to the next repeat of the program on Monday and Tuesday at Apple Music 1 to Apple Music hits.
