Did you play the legendary MMORPG Metin2 years ago? Then you are not alone. I too spent many hours in this virtual world at the end of elementary school and then intermittently in high school and college, fighting to the death in both PvP battles and defeating difficult bosses in various maps. I was all the more surprised and pleased when I now discovered, completely by chance, in App Store a de facto perfect copy of Metin2 for iPhones. It is called Mobile2, except iOS is also available on Android and Windows and definitely worth it!
Mobile2 can be compared to the official Metin2 sometime around 2012. So it is not a private with speeding up the character's exp or incredibly powerful weapons right from the start in the inventory or at merchants, but a good old hardcore Metin in which each level will take you quite a long time and in which getting quality equipment will be really difficult. There are a total of four races in the form of warrior, ninja, sura and shaman, with each having 5 or 6 spells (depending on the race) from the fifth level. And everyone probably knows it by now.
I tried the game quite intensively over the weekend so that I could then evaluate it as best as possible in an article in our magazine, and I must say that I was really impressed. From a graphical point of view, it is indeed what I remember from the computer, but everything is much smoother, more agile and faster on mobile. I also like the touch controls, which do not limit you in any way when fighting. ProThere's nothing wrong with shopping in stores, upgrading things at the blacksmith (yes, things break here too), or PvP battles. Still, there are things that aren't entirely satisfying.
The first one is quite poorly done. chatcommunication with others, which is done only through a long line as a window chatu. So don't expect the comfort you know from, for example, Messengeru, iMessage and so on. The second problem is the absence minimaps and large maps (or rather, I have not been able to discover these elements yet), which can make orientation quite difficult for some. The third snag lies in the absence of tasks. Hunting quests are available, but classic story tasks are missing, or I miniI didn't level up to the level where I would have started to get them. However, since in the official Metin2 you get tasks right from the first levels (albeit stupid ones), I think that these tasks were not really thought about here. Even so, I dare say that if you want to remember the good old days and have fun, Mobile2 is definitely worth it. The nostalgia is incredible. Just take into account that you will hardly be able to communicate in English, let alone Czech. Currently, the local community is primarily Turkish.
So they managed to release it from Test Flight to the world! :D It's full and the CHs are quite occupied here and there, but damn it.. :D After all, we have Metin on our mobile... :D How poetic.
When mt2 on mobile, only Royale
Don't talk! My wet dream came true. I'm going to download it and experience some nostalgia.
