Appearance iPhone SE 4, one of the most anticipated smartphones of the coming months, is practically revealed. A short while ago, CAD renders began circulating on the Internet, which practically reveal it completely. And since it comes from what is probably the most reliable source, in terms of the accuracy of published CAD renders in the long term, the leaked design can be considered a more or less done thing. In other words, this is what it should – and very likely will – look like iPhone SE 4. The leak allegedly comes directly from the supply chain Appyou.

As you can see in the renders above, except for the controversial notch in the display, which according to some should be leakerreplaced just now Dynamic Islandem, the drawing almost matches 100% all the information that has appeared about the iPhone SE 4 in the previous weeks. It is nice to see, for example, the slight rounding of the phone frame á la iPhone 16, single-lens camera, USB-C socket or probably retaining the classic ring mode switch. And how would you like it? iPhone SE 4 in this version to you?
For me, it makes sense considering the current approach Applu to the iP SE line – i.e. the cheapest (h)solution possible or HW + SW with the lowest possible costs and this design is certainly the ideal – i.e. the developmentally paid HW iP13 or 14 minus ultrawide, plus a more modern Axx [..maybe ;) – after experience with iP13 vs 14 + 15 vs 15Pro hard to say which one it will be in the end..], sufficient visual status differentiation from the current and subsequent designs and at the same time the cheapest possible SW port implementation in the long term iOS, which will run for a few years in parallel with the versions for iP13/14, which will certainly be much easier than keeping the previous Old School ones up to date :o)
The design of the Al frame with USB-C as well as the outside of the windshield will certainly be ideal to adopt practically 1:1 from the iP15 and maybe even 16. This will save both development and production costs. Otherwise, I reckon that even in the USA SE 4 will only have Sub6(GHz) 5G, mmWave bands would surprise me very pleasantly :)
The big question is what the price will be. Personally, I would rather take the same or similarly priced iP13-14 with a more interesting camera (it depends when they come out with the SE4), especially if they are cheaper.
So it won't be SE, will it? This is not an older design with new HW :)
