That Apple above the sign AirPods Extreme must have been quite surprising even then. After all, these headphones saw the light of day in the fall of 2019, when they already had Apple outside, for example, iPhones 11 Pro like a higher version of iPhones, or when it was already selling MacBooky Pro, Macy's Pro or iPads Pro. Introducing a new designation for the higher series would therefore be very surprising and at first glance almost pointless. After all, the existing nomenclature works Applu perfectly. Although they are a certain deviation Apple Watch Ultra, but here the use of "Ultra" instead of "Pro" can be defended by the fact that they target extreme athletes and in a way they slightly deviate from the distinction between the basic product and the line Pro.
I would understand the extreme series. But it should be autodor headphones. Classic Airunder the foundation. Series Pro better line. And then some autodoro with much more resistance. Something like AW ultra.
