The iPhone 16 Pro won't look much different from the 15 Pro, but there will be one distinguishing feature: a new Capture button, which should be located on the right side of the phone below the Power Button.onem as a camera controller. And now we learn an interesting detail about this new feature.

Resources leakerand Majin Bu specifically claims that the Capture button for quick activation of the camera and its subsequent easy control will apparently be slightly recessed into the device frame. Thanks to this, it will be both more tangible than if it were aligned to its level, as previously thought, but it will also be closer to the motor that will drive it, which should provide, for example, an advantage in smaller space requirements of the entire solution, higher reliability (in terms of durability) and so on. However, it is a question of how accessory manufacturers, for whom this element will generally be a big challenge, will cope with this solution. After all, it will not be just a classic button, but de facto a touch pad through which it will be possible to zoom, for example, by swiping from one side to the other. However, we will probably not get an answer to these questions until September.

As for other changes to the iPhone buttons, according to leakerand almost 100% will not happen. With the current solution, it should be Apple given its reliability, he is very satisfied and so he does not want to embark on further larger experiments - especially when there is a completely new button that will definitely attract a lot of attention, as it did with the iPhone 15 Pro action button. A major redesign will therefore take place in a year at the earliest.
