If you're a fan of e-scooters, don't go to Paris. In a recent referendum, the local residents voted to stop renting these means of transport, which made it relatively easy to move around the city. However, since people on e-scooters seemed to annoy Parisians by not following safety regulations and road traffic rules, they decided to do away with them once and for all.

The ban on renting e-scooters came into effect today, driving a number of companies operating shared e-scooters off the streets of Paris, led by Lime, Dott and Tier. It is funny in a way that the ban only applies to shared e-scooters, so if you brought your own machine to Paris, you can continue to ride it happily, but given that there were around 14 shared scooters scattered around the streets of Paris, according to available information, it is clear that Parisians will feel more than enough of this ban. However, the question is whether it will really improve. The companies operating e-scooters unanimously announce that they will replace them with e-bikes on the streets of Paris, which they even want to deploy significantly more than scooters. Unruly drivers will probably be removed from the streets of this French city.ancThe Ouzian metropolises will not disappear, they will just switch to a different machine.
