A fake video in which General Petr Pavel spoke about the participation of the Czech Republic in Russia's war against Ukraine has unfortunately become one of the main hits of the Czech Internet in recent hours. Despite its absurdity, a surprisingly large number of people believe it and fearlessly share it to let those around them know that the favored candidate for the president of the Czech Republic wants to de facto "drive" them into war. The truth is, of course, completely different, which you can see below in the video that General Pavel shared on his Twitter account as a response to this fake news.
There is a fake video circulating on the internet. Watch the original, how I answered a lady in Ostrava to her questions. At the end, you will see how my answer was edited. But lies and manipulation will not win in these elections. Please share the truth. pic.twitter.com/SsRh2Oiudg

As you can see for yourself, the video originating from Ostrava is nothing more than an editing manipulation that aims to cause panic in people and manipulate them before the second round of presidential elections so that they vote for the second presidential candidate, Andrej Babiš. Whether you are a supporter of one or the other candidate, make your choice in the election according to your best knowledge and conscience and not according to similar fake news, which is becoming more and more common. Their detection is not difficult, but it is necessary to go against it and check the information at least elementary.
