The FIFA World Cup in Qatar is in full swing and the opening matches of all groups will soon be upon us. Already the first matches brought many surprises. We have in mind, for example, the loss of Argentina or Germany. The World Cup was widely, and rightly, criticized. But it is already beginning to seem that people are becoming interested in the main thing - football. The World Cup is a sporting mega-holiday that almost the entire planet lives by. Below is a list of apps that will keep you in the loop and get you in the football mood at the same time. So let's get to it.
Qatar 2022
The most basic application is, of course, appka Qatar 2022, where you can find results and the latest news clearly. The fact that the application is in English may be a flaw for some. In recent days, there has also been criticism that this appka collects user data. So the choice is yours.
Sport.cz
If not so detailed data is enough for you, try the Sport.cz application. It is completely in the Czech language and very clear. The advantage is the fact that it will serve you as a "sports reporter" even after the end of the World Cup. The disadvantage, as I already mentioned in the opening sentence, will be a possible lack of the most detailed information. A certain time delay in the information flow can also be expected. But if you don't swallow every injury and trainer's statement, the app is perfectly adequate.
CT sport
As most of the matches are broadcast on ČT sport, you cannot miss this application. You can conveniently watch live broadcasts from it. There is only one flaw in the beauty. Compared to the TV broadcast, there is a time difference. It is therefore necessary to turn off match notifications when watching. It always happens that the notification about the scored goal comes to you earlier, which can really spoil the viewing experience.
Live sport
In my opinion, this is the best application for tracking sports results. Clear tables, a lot of data, the possibility to mark favorite competitions or matches. Even if your favorite sport is cricket, you can use this app to its fullest.
Stickman Soccer 2018
You can also make waiting for the next match more pleasant with several games. If you don't stick to realistic graphics, movements, physics and the like, you might appreciate this arcade effort. The players are similar, but they have different characteristics and it's up to you how you build a quality team. The controls are really simple and it takes a few seconds to learn the basic game mechanics.

score! Hero
A game that will seem very trivial at first, but will drive you crazy over time. You won't encounter the classic game mechanics of football here. You control the movement of the ball with your finger. Once the ball reaches your player, the game is paused and you have to pass or finish the shot as best you can. A great game that will entertain you for hours.
Dream League Soccer 2022
In my opinion, this is the best football game on iPhone. First you choose a coach and team captain. You start in the lowest competition and gradually reach the top. Of course, there are nice graphics, relatively realistic ball physics and multiplayer.
Watching matches through websites
In addition to applications, matches can of course also be watched on various websites through live streams. If you've ever looked for a live broadcast of a match, you'll surely agree that it's not such a problem and you can usually find the match quite quickly (that is, except for Champions League matches). So where to watch? Ideally, I will refer you back to website of Czech Television, on which you can find all played matches in the Live broadcast section and you will probably be able to watch them retrospectively as well. The alternative is the web ziveprenosy.cz, where you will also find a truly endless number of links to various foreign streams. If you don't find any of these sites (which is nestane), you can definitely find another live stream via Google in a few seconds. However, you usually have to try miniAt least three ads at the beginning.
