FrancUbisoft announced the first mobile game from the popular shooter series The Division last year in May. However, we have not heard anything new about the project with the subtitle Heartland since then. In the ranking of priorities in the publisher's portfolio, it has been replaced by another mobile branch, which will probably arrive earlier than the previously announced title. Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siegeancy's The Division: Resurgence didn't reveal much about itself at first, but now we've got a few minutes of gameplay footage taken on a mobile phone.

In addition to the traditional-looking gameplay trailer that we've come to expect from the established series, the developers also shared a longer video in which Community Communications Manager James Berry shared a lot of interesting information about the development of the mobile title. Among other things, it introduces the newly available factions and introduces a story that will focus on the first moments of the outbreak in New York City.
The gameplay itself doesn't look very good in places, but the developers remind us that the game is still in its alpha version. However, The Division: Resurgence is not lacking in ambition. It will be a multiplayer game in an open world and one of the candidates for the title of the most popular mobile shooter in the coming years. Division is yet another in a series of brands that are moving to portable devices. For example, Apex Legends recently headed to phones, and in the future we can also look forward to Battlefield or Call of Duty Warzone.
