At 8 a.m. today, sales of the first locator from the workshop officially started in the Czech Republic. Applu in the form AirTag along with a whole range of accessories for it. And we will look at one of its accessories in the following lines. In addition to the locator itself, we also managed to get a red one for the editorial office, or if you prefer (PRODUCT)RED keychain made of leather, which definitely deserves a short introduction in the following lines.

In the package, a keychain for AirTags Apple he did not experiment at all. As with all other leather accessories, he opted for a white slide-out box with an image of the product on its lid and an information sticker on its underside. Its opening then works, as expected, on the same principle as in the case of leather cases for iPhones. In the box, the key ring is placed in hard paper with an embossing in its shape, thanks to which it holds perfectly in it and there is no risk of its damage. In our opinion, what is quite interesting is that for how small the keychain itself is, its packaging is quite large. One almost wants to say that what Apple saved in terms of shipping on smaller iPhone boxes and Apple Watch, it successfully loses to a possibly absurdly large package of accessories.

As for the workmanship of the key ring itself, it is at the highest possible level. The leather it is made of is really high quality and pleasant to the touch, both in terms of appearance and feel, which means that there is no risk that the design will be compromised when combined with it. AirThe tag has suffered no matter what – quite the opposite. The upper clasp is also very strong, which serves to secure the locator against falling out after being inserted into the keychain. After it is “snapped”, there is no risk of such a thing in any case. As for the ring used for attaching to keys or other objects, it is worth noting the obligatory inscription Designed in California, Assembled in China – in other words, an Apple classic that you can find almost everywhere.
