Studio Codemasters is now officially under EA

That EA will buy studio Codemasters has been rumored for a while now. But now it's official, as Codemasters announced on its Twitter account. The entire acquisition reportedly cost a whopping $1,2 billion. Although studio Take-Two was also interested, but Electronic Arts won the race. Series like DiRT, DiRT Rally, GRID, and Formula 1 will now be seen with the EA logo.
