When we looked at the Q1 2020 results three months ago, we immediately wanted to shout them out to the world and brag as much as we could. It seemed to us that such a great quarter could not be repeated. However, it was at a time when most companies were dealing with massive layoffs, people were worried not only about their health, but also about the future, so we decided that we would only present Q1 internally to our partners. However, we are now convinced that the world is slowly but surely returning to normal, and we also managed to follow up Q1 with an incredible Q2 this year, so we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. These are results that we have achieved only thanks to you - our readers and partners.
In January 2020, we experienced the best month in our history, when we became the 47th largest website in the Czech Republic in terms of the number of unique readers. We were visited by 1,337,478 unique readers according to the audited Netmonitor measurement. You can of course view the results online directly on Netmonitor. As for the results for the first quarter, according to Google Analytics, we achieved an incredible 4,600,000 users, 12,900,000 visits and 47,500,000 page views. Year-on-year, we achieved an increase of 42,6% in users, 11,4% in visits and 11,7% in views in H1 2020 vs H1 2019.
In the last month, June, we reached more than 900 unique readers according to Netmonitor, and again according to Netmonitor's audited measurement, we were the third largest IT magazine in the Czech Republic/SR in terms of the number of unique readers.
Once again, we would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the time you spend reading our articles and we want to wish you the most comfortable summer somewhere by the water. We hope that even while lounging by the pool, you will find a few minutes a day to read our magazines. In September, the most important month of the year awaits us for every fan. Applu and I believe that we will experience it to the fullest this year, just like every year. Thank you very much!
