Lovecraft was undoubtedly one of the greatest and most important writers of the first half of the 20th century. We probably don't need to name his works, and certainly not the mythical creature called Cthulhu. While films and literature were inspired by his work years ago, the gaming world began to get a taste for his dark, often perverted exploits much later. As if the development studios want to make up for it, lately they have been spewing one title after another. It is no different for the creators from Ether Games, who decided to take this universe from a slightly different angle and, above all, to get it on iPhones.
Unlike most other games, which focused more on the environment of psychiatric hospitals and mysterious islands, the upcoming Z War 1: The Great War of the Dead is more oriented towards a later time. Specifically, similar to the First World War, where soldiers will not fight with human enemies, but with hideous creatures from various worlds and dimensions. Your only goal will be to hold the position, defend it from the never-ending flood of bloodthirsty creatures and, together with your unit, help preserve the last fragments of humanity left in the world. There will be authentic weapons from the First World War, a huge machine gun in your possession, and the ability to upgrade your steel machine with various gadgets. You must not forget about your brothers in arms, whose equipment you can gradually bring to perfection for the accumulated points.
The developers certainly didn't skimp on the weapon palette, as you progress through the game you'll get access to crossbows, semi-automatic rifles, machine guns, anti-tank missiles and even flamethrowers. Another notable game mechanic is the classes, which allow you to assign a specific role to each member of your unit. Each role will then offer unique abilities that you can use when the going gets tough. You can choose from a medic, heavy armor, sniper or grenadier, each of whom will contribute to a greater or lesser extent to the fight against the monsters. However, the final word will be given to artillery and ground support, which you can use in an emergency. The game boasts an atmospheric and beautiful environment, as well as unique levels, with each level offering a unique experience. The only downside is that the developers are still working on the game and have set up a Kickstarter page for the final phase of development , where fans can contribute. So if you love Lovecraft and his dark world, don't hesitate to follow the events surrounding this remarkable strategic FPS game.
fucking bitch…. stand still and shoot amazing...
Agreement
Boring shooting games like this. Something realistic that one would also have to think a little about. From the war environment, I think that Commandos used to be a pretty good game.
The consent of the commandos was good and thought provoking. But even a good game was a hitman
Des. Spoil the 1st world reality with some stupid “zombie plot” nonsense. Thanks for the tip, I’ll definitely nestto pull.
