If you are a fan of prehistoric times and especially its fauna, we have great news for you. We should get enough of it in the TV+ service, which Apple plans to launch this fall. According to available information, he has reached an agreement with producer Jonem Favreau to create a documentary series about dinosaurs that will run exclusively on his platform.

We could watch TV+ in the future, for example, on something like this Apple TV:

Although little is known about the documentary series, it is believed that the BBC's Natural History team, which has already produced a number of successful projects, will be involved in it. The animation team will be led by Andrew J.ones, who largely contributed to the award-winning Avatar. The quality of this show should therefore be guaranteed. However, the question remains how quickly the documentary will be created and therefore released on TV+. If Apple he agreed on its creation with the creators only now, it is not entirely possible to expect that we will see it soon.

Tough competition

Streaming service Applu has not even launched yet, but it is already clear that it will have an extremely difficult time competing with Netflix, Disney+, or HBO. Virtually all competitors in this field are determined to succeed at all costs and are therefore preparing extremely high-quality content that can attract the largest possible audience. Apple however, he does not want to go the "dozen content" route, at least according to the initial presentation, which could be a problem in the end. After all, this is also predicted by many analysts, who saw the purchase of one of the competitors – most likely Netflix – as the only way to success. However, nothing of the sort has happened yet and there is no indication that it will happen at all.

The price of the service itself could be a certain hitch. Here Apple although he hasn't revealed it yet, many fear that, as is his habit, he will stake it absurdly high and turn off many potential subscribers. However, we will probably have clarity in this regard only in the autumn when it is launched.
