Technological gadgets are supposed to make our everyday lives much easier. However, manufacturers are not always able to guess what customers really want, and some products thus become more of a flop. Below you can see the very ones that were presented in the past at one of the most prestigious fairs of modern technology, the Mobile World Congress, but failed.

1.Virtual Vizor was introduced in 2016. It was a foldable phone holder that attached to a cap. You could then, for example, watch a movie on your phone and not have to hold it in your hand. The fact that you couldn't see in front of you probably didn't occur to the manufacturer.

2. Motorola Backflip is a phone from 2010 and you've probably never heard of it. It never attracted a large number of potential customers, probably due to its impractical appearance.

3. The Sony Xperia Agent was a device unveiled at MWC 2017 and is still just a concept. However, despite its distinctive design, it is a product that offers nothing more than a mobile phone. You can control it with voice commands and connect it to other smart devices in your home.

4. Smartphoneone Runicible is really a phone, even if it doesn't look like one at all. Its peculiarity is that it does not make any noises that would disturb you. Of course, it includes LTE, WiFi and Bluetooth, but you only use them if you need them at that moment. Yes, we agree - this is a really special device.

5. Sony SmartEyeglass are smart glasses from Sony, whose production has now been discontinued. The glasses offered augmented reality capabilities and, for example, converted spoken language into text that you saw in front of you.

6. Tethercell is a little gadget that allowed users to control “dumb” battery-powered devices with their phones. You could turn the device on or off with the press of a button.

7. The AVG Invisibility Glasses from MWC 2015 are the last gadget in today's selection. Their main function was to make it more difficult to recognize your face when you were wearing them, using sensors and diodes. This sounds like a very interesting idea, but not many people would want to wear something like that in public.
