The arrival of the operating system iOS 12 was accompanied by a number of extremely satisfied users who could not praise this step enough. If we leave aside its main feature, which is clearly higher performance, a new feature was also introduced - Screen Time. It can attract attention from the first moment and is definitely a great thing, thanks to which you can control the time that you or your children have managed to "waste" on various applications. If you feel that you are somehow overdoing it with your smart device, there is the possibility of setting certain limits. Unfortunately, as it turned out, these may not work perfectly.

This is how it looked when Apple almost half a year ago iOS 12 introduced:

A new way to bypass the current Screen Time limit has surfaced online. The flaw was first pointed out by a security expert and fan of the system. iOS, David Schuetz, whose eldest son is credited with the discovery. If you force quit the application Safari, exceeding the limit will not be recorded and you can happily continue browsing the Internet. Although this information may not mean anything to an adult, it can be truly critical for parents with children. They cannot suddenly have their children under the supervision they would probably like.

A mistake is to be expected Apple will be fixed in a future software update iOS 12. Until then, however, parents will have no choice but to supervise their children much more. Because of the error, there is no other way to prevent them from excessive Internet consumption.
