The Finnish development studio Rovio has taken care of a sensational administration for all lovers of the iconic game Angry Birds. The well-known game adaptation will be processed through augmented reality, while we will be able to enjoy it much more realistically than ever before. A headset will help us with this Magic Leap One, which was only recently introduced in the new startup of the same name, Magi Leap. It is the first commercially available mixed reality (VR+AR) headset, and the revolutionary idea has earned a whopping $2 billion in contributions. More than one leading analyst and specialist sees incredible potential in this element and that is why it is Magic Leap One referred to as the medium of the future. However, the company is still developing, but one of the most famous game series that we should enjoy on it is the aforementioned Angry Birds game.

Swedish augmented reality specialists from the Resolution Games studio are also participating in this project, who will help develop Magi Leap as a gaming platform. This cooperation gave birth to the idea of Angry Birds: FPS. The idea of the game is exactly the same as in the case of titles on the screens of mobile devices, with the difference that the game does not take place on the playing surface of a fictional world, but in your living room. You will thus take over the role of commander for your "bird army", which is determined to destroy the enemy pigs along with their built structures. Magic Leap One offers a completely new experience of this classic entertainment, as we will see completely new improvements in terms of graphics, better orientation and, above all, the fact that gives the feeling that the entire game takes place in our home.

This is how the combination of augmented reality and the famous game Angry Birds looks like:

Of course, the specific date of the game's arrival is still unknown, but both studios are working to ensure that we get it soon. In this case, it is a real revolution of the game industry as such, despite the fact that virtual and augmented reality has been operating here for a few years. However, the reality of a financially more affordable headset also gives space to other development teams who are interested in applying their game titles for the VR/AR platform. The opportunity to play the cult action of Angry Birds in a familiar home environment is certainly welcome, but let's be surprised in which direction this ambitious project will go. Until then, the company has to deal with the costs and the final price of the product, which should represent the most sympathetic amount that people are able to spend on it.
