We recently reported that a new law came into effect in Germany in January, imposing fines on social media operators if they post hateful comments on their networks. Many see this regulation as censorship, as operators prefer to delete anything that could be objectionable. Various jokes are also disappearing from the internet in Germany due to satire.
Yes, yes freedom of speech in practice….
It's better not to even register there, anyway, it leads to censorship and banning. So I simply skipped this step in IT.
