Are you one of those people who likes to play a game from time to time, but you respect your phone as a purely work tool and don't get along with game consoles on your TV or computer? Then you will be happy with this article. Some time ago, Nintendo introduced its handheld console 2DS XL , which is now available in the Czech Republic.

A quarter of a year. That's exactly how long Nintendo fans had to wait before they could buy it in the official Czech distribution. The wait must have been really sad for some. Nintendo only has two consoles of a similar type, and they are really like heaven and bagpipes. So far, if the customer wanted to indulge himself in the golden middle in the price/performance ratio, he ran into an abyss. However, the 2DS XL console should playfully bridge this. It is indeed a golden mean between the strange Nintendo 2DS at first glance and its counterpart the 3DS XL. It has a 3D screen, for example, and you can't fault it for many things. After all, the price that Nintendo charges for it speaks of their big performance difference. The customer will pay "only" something around 2 for the 2DS, but the price of the 500DS XL is not afraid to significantly exceed the 3 mark. A golden middle ground that offers a nice design, good hardware and a good price was really needed.
The ideal middle ground between the current offer
As you may have already noticed in the gallery, the console looks quite simple and pleasant at first glance. It has two displays of 4,88" and 4,18" respectively. The manufacturer already stated during its introduction that it will be very similar to the premium 3DS XL version in many respects. Even so, most experts consider it a successor to the older 2DS. It appeared in stores back in 2013. So you will definitely agree with me when I say that today's gaming world has shifted so significantly in the four years of its existence that an upgrade was needed. Nowadays, we could consider a product of similar use, which has been without any hardware update for four years, rather retired. This is evidenced by the design of the product itself, which, at least in my opinion, is dead and uninteresting in 2017.
So, if you're a die-hard Nintendo lover and a pretty 2D console is all you need to live for, or the mention of dead design has hurt you enough to upgrade your old 2DS, hit the stores. For a price that is slightly under four thousand in many stores, you get a really nice game piece that will give you nothing but joy for the next few years. I wish you pleasant entertainment and many gaming successes.
