Do you want a new one? iPhone 7? There is nothing easier than just going and buying it. The situation since the start of sales should slowly but surely stabilize, so now all you have to do is choose the color, size and memory. These three steps are already such a joy, but as it has now turned out, the choice of one parameter is very important. According to new information, it seems that iPhone The 7 Plus with 32GB of memory is equipped with a slower memory module and, compared to its 128GB (and probably also 256GB) sibling, suffers in terms of speed.

So it looks like we have another reason why 32GB iPhone not recommended. Not only is the stated capacity absolutely marginal, and after a few months of use most users simply run out of space. Now we have another problem, which is much better measurable and therefore better substantiated than just subjective concerns about capacity. Server GSM Arena came up with an interesting test in which they compared individual memory chips across the portfolio of new iPhones. The results are quite surprising.

According to these synthetic benchmarks, it is clear that 32GB iPhone The 7 Plus is about half as slow as its siblings. In addition, its memory performance is worse than that of the 64GB iPhone 6s Plus. You can see the results in the table below. A synthetic benchmark is one thing, but practical use is another. As part of the test, a 10-minute 4K video was recorded, which was then cut in half. 128GB variaThe iPhone 7 managed it in 17 seconds. 32GB Plus varianta for 52. So the difference is enormous.

"Not only is the stated capacity absolutely borderline, and after a few months of use most users simply run out of space."
I got it iPhone 5S 16BG… I currently have about 6,8 free. So no, 32GB capacity is not the limit, on the contrary, it is quite sufficient for most people.
I would understand it more with the iPad, where the larger capacity is definitely worth it. But I honestly don't understand what the hell anyone can do with 256 GB on a mobile…
Agreed!
That it's enough for you = it's enough for most people? Bullshit
Sorry but I don't agree with the type...
Yes, people who buy iPhone just for the sake of image, or for such moronic reasons, yes, that kind of capacity is enough. But I personally don't like such people. And they don't need one iPhone... and of course when they dream they can't even do a max they call, I write SMS and maybe download something like facebook and that turns it off, so even 10GB is a lot, just like you. But in my opinion, a normal, average person, if he already has such an expensive phone, he should be able to use it at least partially. Sometimes a video that doesn't have to be 4K. It should have at least a couple of GB of music, some video, or audiobooks. Some photos. Applications etc. And 32 GB is sometimes not enough for such a person
And yes, then there are the geeky types down there who have several thousand photos, they have 10s, 100s of applications. Videos, x GB of music, etc. And even 128GB is sometimes not enough. And I belong to this group, although there are also few such people. And until now I've had enough with 64GB, which was barely enough for me, but it annoys me to have photos in cloudua keep pulling them from the net. I have to cloudfor 50GB photos. "Only" 300 in mobile app after cleaning... limiting the downloaded music on the phone to 16GB and so on. That's why I'm going to 128GB and 64 was not enough for me. I'm not saying that there should be people like me or him, but the majority of people are definitely not like you... and whoever uses the phone like you, he may not care about the speed of the memory because I believe that you will never even notice it and that you will never edit a video on that mobile phone in your life, but even if you did it once, you'd better wait for that time...
honestly I use 16Gb iPhone since the 4S and it's more than enough, 8GB of music plus 400-500 photos and a few appek. I use a 64Gb iPad for stupid things and I think that's how a lot of people solve it
You are confusing concepts and impressions. The fact that you use the storage to a large extent does not mean that you use the phone's potential to a large extent. Just like you condemn people who have a phone only for calls, messages, FB and don't use that many GB, the fact that someone has 80GB of music doesn't seem like more use of the phone than you mentioned. Just remember what you can do even at 100 eurofrom the phoneone with SD card.
PS I had so much fun with hundreds of applications iPhone 3G and people I'll grow out of it in time.
Sure, that's enough. The more space, the more clutter and unnecessary things, and this also applies to computers. In most cases.
iPhone The 5s can't take decent photos or record decent video, which are things that would eat up 32GB of memory like nothing. Of course, it's about the specific user...
I would just remind you of the old IT saying: The bigger the hard drive, the less space...
:) exactly

My iTunes library contains over 80GB of ALAC music and of course I want the entire library in iPhone + 4K video + RAW photos at iPhone 7 and a few apps and 128 is not enough for me (currently 2GB free on iPhone 6s). ProI'm switching to 256GB, I don't want to limit myself.
I completely understand, I have 128GB and it's enough for me, but I have to restrain myself, every day it might not hurt, because after all, only when you have a few thousand songs, photos/videos, etc., it takes a while to get to to what you want.
The question is: Do I need to have 128GB of music in my mobile phone? Maybe if I go to a deserted island.
So my opinion on these things is...Cloud Music Library :)
I use it here and I assume they do too. But tell me why have everything only in cloudat? Yes, you have access to everything and you can download exactly what you want, but eventually you get tired of it and say to yourself why bother with it, it's better to have everything with you at all times and be sure that you have it. I use Apple music and even if I add a new song or album to the library, I immediately download it to the device for offline listening. And btw, I do it even if it is so that I don't needlessly check my phone, even if it's minimal, but especially if it's to save the battery, because online streaming and constant sucking of data can take a lot of battery. And it doesn't matter if it's photos, music or video
Certainly not, evenCloud that is, it cannot handle a higher bitrate than 256kbps AAC or 320kbps MP3. In addition, if you would like to play music from cloudon a mobile connection nestit would work and the volume of several GB would be thrashed out almost immediately.
DAC in Google is worth a look (, I don't think they'll send it)chatexpensive, but enough for undemanding users.
someone can only tame a 1,2TSi and doesn't understand why stronger engines are made :)
You too think concepts and impressions. The engine is out of orderone and not about volume. If you wanted to make a comparison with cars, you should have given a suitcase as an example. Someone needs a sedan and someone needs a station wagon with a stress box. The engines are the same because the performance of the phone is the same (CPU, GPU).
All the older 16GB versions had slow memory chips, based on the principle of the technology used. The LG G3 had at the time iPhone 6 faster internal memory.
In turn, even ordinary eMMC storage in Chinese noname mobile phones at a price of around $200 is fast enough, so it will cover most of the demands of ordinary users.
One great thinker of all time /Bill Gates/ said I also remember the sentence "640kB of memory must be enough for everyone, and later it was found out that it's bullshit. So it's like with 16GB or 32GB of RAM...
