The adapter is intended mainly for users who travel frequently, but honestly, how many people travel so often to countries where there is a different outlet every time? The main advantage I see is that it can charge significantly faster iPhone or any other device via USB, up to four at a time. All this for a fairly decent price, which I originally expected to be higher. When you compare it to the price of the original 12W adapter from Applu, which can charge only one faster iPhone, the price is quite attractive.
