Users who use any of the first three beta operating system version iOS 9.3, can be found in section Privacy, which is located in Settings a new item "Media library," in which editing of the music library can be enabled, including writing or deleting songs. Developer Ben Dodson explained that if the user wants to upload a song to the library, he will first have to enable it in the privacy section, because the feature is turned off by default.
The function uses a new API that applications on App Store they are not programmed, so it is currently not possible to test the function. Everything will probably work so that applications like SoundCloud allows the user to export the file to MP3 and then upload it to the music library on iCloudu, so the song would immediately appear in the Music app.
The library currently allows users to upload any song in MP3 format. But currently, the user has to upload the songs using the iTunes desktop application which is available on Mac or PC Windows. Thanks to the new option Apple will make it easier for users to manage their music library directly on their iPhone or iPad without having to connect the device to a computer.

I think it's stupid and spoils the whole concept Apple Music. It will just lead to a library full of scribbles of tagged files. Well, it will be up to each user individually.
I don't understand how anyone can mind using iTunes. Inserting songs into the device is thus a matter of two clicks.

And the nicest discovery was when, after two hours of hard work selecting music, I copied the music to my iPod Shuffle in mass storage mode and after turning on the device, this monster similar to Siri instead of music, she said "Use iTunes to sync music."
