Apple said in a press release to The Conservation Fund that it is buying 32 acres (400 square kilometers) of forest on the Mattawamkeag River in Maine, as well as 145 acres (687 square kilometers) of pine forest in Brunswick, South Carolina. Apple so he bought a larger area of land than the city of San Francisco hasancisco. The Californian company also said that it will preserve all the purchased forest so that it can thrive, but at the same time it will harvest wood from it to produce paper, which it uses in the production of packaging for its apple products.
For many years we have been listening to Applu, how it tries to be environmentally friendly and how its products are recyclable. Now, Apple decided to acquire its own source of wood for paper production and maintain the forest so that it flourishes and at the same time can extract the necessary material from it. "We are convinced that paper will serve us as a renewable resource. We will try to supply 100% own resources to produce our packaging,” said Lisa Jackson, head of environment for Apple.
Apple founded a project named The Reed Forest, through which it will try to preserve the local fauna and flora, as the forests, thanks to wetlands and rivers, provide a refuge for salmon, bald eagles and, for example, the Canadian lynx. The company wants to interfere with the landscape as little as possible, but at the same time preserve local logging, but in return, notchat the forest to grow and prosper.

"on the Mattawamkeag River in Maine" - right on the second line you have clearly written that the forest is around the river, so what is not clear to you about the salmon? If you want to be so clever and make fun of someone at all costs, read carefully first ;-)
