Apple today launched a replacement program in 36 European countries for certain models of the 5W European USB power adapter that may overheat, posing a safety risk. The affected adapters were shipped to Europe between 2009 and September 2012. The adapters were shipped to iPhone 3Gs, iPhone 4 to iPhone 3s. These adapters are marked as you can see in the picture below with the number A1300. If you have this adapter at home, then you can bring it to Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and your adapter will be replaced with a new one.
The countries affected by this promotion also include the Czech Republic/Slovakia, where you can notchat replace your existing adapter with a new one, i.e. if your adapter has the number A1300.

Well, great, I'm going to change it right away :D
Error in the article: iPhone 3s – 4S
Do you know anyone who is in Prague?Apple Authorized Service Pro"vider" to have it replaced immediately?
I have an A1400 and it's good that it doesn't boil when I'm charging, I can't imagine that it could get hotter :) either I have a problem or the old ones can't even be held in the hand when they overheat
I have an A1300, standard supplied with the 4S and it has been baking since day one. I thought it was fine, but it's really slow and can't even be grabbed when I'm charging. I'm going to replace it and I'm curious about the new one.
I'm probably too old, but I didn't read that guy on the charger even with a magnifying glass
I have an A1300, I don't charge it much, but it was always quite hot.
Otherwise Apple Retail Store is iSetos, iStyle, etc. So I just need to come there and I will get a new adapter right away?
I have the number A1357 there. Do you think I'm entitled to that too?
it's probably a coincidence, but I have twice the 1400 model and both overheat quite profusely. I had no problem with the 1300 (iP4).
People from SLOVAKIA, please write if you have already been to change and where? Because I'm a deer about it, I don't know where there is an official store in BA, because the way things are in SK, I see it as if I come, they'll stare at me, that they don't know about anything...
I also don't know where to go :D I'm from Nitra, where is the nearest one?
So, I wrote to apple support chat, the first operator was confused by the fact that where SR actually is and that he has to write to the manager, the manager took me over and gave me 3 lines to apple storewith in Vienna. I told him it was too far for me and could it be mailed? That I should call for the infoline for SR and then to Vienna apple store, whether they have the chargers available and whether they are able to send it to me by mail (whether it will be free, he couldn't say for sure "I hope").
///I wrote to istile, where they wrote back:
