The well-known Runtastic app probably doesn't need any introduction to our readers, in short, it's an app similar to Nike+ or Runkeeper. Now the developers behind Runtastic have decided to give our legs a rest and, on the contrary, torment our abdominal muscles. The goal of the Six app Pack there is no other way than to turn our washboards into Six Pack, that is, what we call bricks in our part of the world. The application shows exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home and do not have to go to the gym for them.

Runtastic Six Pack shows a total of more than 50 exercises in HD quality, thanks to which you can develop your own Six Pack. The exercises are of course divided into those that are less and more demanding and also those for men and women. In addition, they train both sexes, so you can see a woman and a man with perfectly developed abdominal muscles, which both sexes will appreciate. Unfortunately, both characters are only virtual and the exercises are not performed by a real trainer. If English is not a problem for you, you can put your phone in your pocket and notchat navigate using only the coach's voice.

It goes without saying that mirroring on Apple TV, thanks to which you can watch the exercises on the big screen. You then share your performances on runtastic.com, where you can see, for example, the progress you made during the exercises, but also find out what you need to continue to improve. The application itself is free, but you can unlock all the exercises for $ 4,99, which in my opinion is a bit high a price for what you can get on iTunes App Store find many apps that work as a fitness trainer for the whole body, not just the abs. And if you already know that this is not the way to go in your case, at least buy fork compatible with iPhonem, which counts your bites.
