Although 3D printers are becoming more and more popular, we mostly only come across them in internet articles, in which we find that the twenty-first century brings, for example, possibilities such as printing a real and functional weapon. The massive spread in our homes is hindered by the fact that printers that actually convey what we learn about from newspaper headlines cost tens to hundreds of thousands of crowns, another thousands cost the material, and the cheapest printers on the market, which are limited by the size of the printed object, can be found for around €1500.

But now comes the 3Doodler, a pen that draws in 3D at a truly incredible price. The principle of how Doodler works is quite simple and modelers know it from hot glue guns. You insert a sheet of plastic into the pen, which heats up in the body of the pen, and then it is possible to draw with it, not only on paper, but also literally in the air. Immediately after the plastic leaves the pen, it cools down and everything you paint solidifies right at the tip of the pen. This allows you to create real 3D objects. In addition, if you decide to create more complex objects, you have the option to print a template on paper that you trace and then just connect the individual parts just like the model.

Of course, refills can be purchased separately and you have a choice of 30 color versions, with the fact that you pay $25 for 9,99 refills in one color, i.e. roughly 200 CZK, or you can directly order a mix in which you can find different colors. Along with the pen itself, you get 50 refills with which you can already paint something. Above all, the price of the pen is incredible, which, even with the already mentioned 50 refills, is only $99, i.e. CZK 2000, and you can pre-order right hereBut first, watch the video showcasing what the pen can actually do. Next cover on iPhone you can easily paint it.
