Company Apple yesterday released updated Time Capsule devices, which are used to wirelessly back up user data. Although the update has been expected for a long time, no one could accurately determine when exactly the new devices would appear on the market. Server editor 9to5mac.com, however, received a report from a reliable source the day before yesterday that included the release date for the new Time Capsule. That date was June 21, 2011.
The biggest news is the launch of the 3TB version of the Time Capsule with the designation MD033LL and a price of $499. The current Time Capsule has been upgraded and significantly discounted, with the 2TB (MD032LL) version starting at just $299, a whopping $200 less than the previous Time Capsule.
AirThe Extreme port has also been updated, but there are no visible changes. The price remains the same at $179.
Hello,
how are you AirPort Express, if I'm not mistaken, could be updated as well or not?
