The Macintosh Plus Keyboard, like the Macintosh Plus computer, was introduced in 1986. Among other things, it was also equipped with a numeric keypad. In 1987 Apple introduced a new version of this keyboard in Platinum Gray, the Macintosh Plus Keyboard was produced until 1990, when the Macintosh Plus was discontinued.
