Among the official product photos is a picture of a person sitting on a chair in blue jeans and a gray 992. The composition of the shot very obviously refers to the well-known photo in which Steve Jobs sitting in a chair on stage using an iPad. You can't see his face or upper body in the picture, but fans can Apple but it probably won't take long for them to figure out who New BalancIt reminds me. 

Steve Jobs' connection to New Balance is so strong that his old sneakers have become valuable collectors' items. One pair of Jobs's used suede New Balance 991, for example, sold for almost $220 in 2022. However, if you're only interested in Jobs' iconic look and not the shoes he actually wore, the return of the gray 992 is a much more affordable option. The good thing is that you don't actually have to care about Jobs' look, as these are simply nice sneakers.
