Apple released a new update for its app Apple Invites on iPhone. Version 1.12.0 brings three useful new features that make it easier to plan events and share experiences. The application, which was launched in February 2025, is primarily used to easily send invitations to birthday parties or other social events.

Full resolution photos and new graphics

The first major innovation is support for sharing photos in maxquality within shared albums. Every invited guest, including users without devices from Applu, can join and contribute their images directly to the album, making even the smallest details of the event stand out. The second improvement concerns the visual side of the invitations themselves. The integrated Image Playground tool now allows you to generate high-quality backgrounds in virtually any artistic style. Support for photorealistic graphics has been added, so users can perfectly match the appearance of the invitation to the expected atmosphere of the event.

Faster guest verification and terms of use

The third innovation makes life easier for the invitees themselves. Guests who need to verify their email address when responding to an invitation no longer have to retype numeric codes. Now they just need to click on the verification link directly in the message they receive, which significantly speeds up the entire confirmation process. The confirmation of participation itself remains completely free for all guests from any device.

Pro However, to actively create your own event and send an invitation in the application, you still need to have an active subscription to the service iCloud+ with capacity mini50 GB, priced at $0,99 per month. The latest update, which also includes general bug fixes and overall performance improvements, is now available for download in the store App Store. Pro Those who have and use this application, this is certainly an interesting list of news. Since I haven't even downloaded this application and don't plan on using it, the news leaves me completely cold. Do you use Apple Invites?
