This summer, the vivo brand expanded its Czech offer with wearable electronics for the first time. The WATCH GT 2 model is its first smartwatch on the domestic market. It focuses on a large AMOLED display, long battery life, and a reasonable price.
Lasts up to 25 days
The 580 mAh battery lasts up to 25 days in Bluetooth mode. With normal use, it is estimated to last about 17 days, with Always On Display turned on, approximately 14 days. Compared to watches with Wear OS or watchOS, which are normally charged every day or two, this is an order of magnitude difference. The long battery life has a practical impact mainly on sleep tracking. The watch can be worn continuously, including at night, without having to look for a charging window.

The design is impressive with thin 1,8mm bezels, and the ratio of the display area to the watch body is 82,4%. The display is covered by a curved 2,5D glass. The aluminum alloy body weighs 34,9 g without the strap. The watch is available in two colors variaAvailable in glossy Obsidian Black and bright Stellar White, the straps can be swapped with a single release.
Sensors, GPS and padel mode
Inside you will find an optical heart rate and blood oxygen sensor, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a geomagnetic sensor, and an ambient light sensor. The watch continuously measures heart rate and SpO₂, evaluates stress levels, variaheart rate, breathing rate, sleep quality and ambient noise. Data is synced to the vivo app Health.
Pro sport has its own GPS and a wide range of sports modes. There is also a professional mode for padel and tennis, which is not common for watches in this price range. The specifications state that it is resistant to pressure of 2 ATM.
The microphone and speaker allow you to make calls via Bluetooth, there is also a Walkie-Talkie function, music control, remote camera shutter and the ability to record NFC access card. The assistant is integrated Gemini AI with support for translation and call summary. BlueOS ensures compatibility with Android phones and iOS.

vivo WATCH GT 2 is sold on the Czech market with a recommended retail price of 3,499. For this amount, the watch offers a large and easily readable display, an aluminum body, its own GPS, a set of health metrics, and endurance that more expensive competitors usually do not achieve.
