Apple may be on the verge of another unpleasant problem with the manufacturing quality of iPhones 17 Pro (Max). After Apple fans began to discuss how easily both the aluminum and glass parts scratch shortly after their sales, posts from angry iPhone 17 owners have begun to appear in discussion forums and social networks in the last few hours. Pro (Max), which caused their orange models to slowly turn pink. And although it initially seemed like an extremely rare problem, miniMore and more users are reporting a similar problem on Reddit and similar forums, and what's more, one of our readers has encountered it as well. He subsequently sent us a series of photos and videos (for which we thank Václav) and it must be added that it is definitely not a pretty sight. Anyway, judge for yourself.
As you can see in the last screenshotin the gallery above, his iPhone 17 Pro Max was manufactured in July, so it is very likely a phone from the first production batch delivered right at the start of sales. As for the color change, the orange has been replaced by pink only on the rear photo module, probably because the rest of the body is covered with a cover that can prevent, for example, faster oxidation or any other phenomenon that is behind the color change.
Apple has not yet commented on the whole matter, and we do not have the opinion of the service center or the seller from whom Václav bought the phone. However, this is clearly a defect that will further damage the already tarnished reputation of easily scratched iPhones. Pro (Max) will not add any positive points. The return to aluminum will therefore Applu did not completely succeed, which is a shame considering that the thermal properties of the new product are actually better as a result. In conclusion, however, it is worth adding that this is still a very rare problem andancThe chance that it will affect you is still quite small. However, it clearly exists.
That's it. Applu didn't work at all. Antena Gate was nothing compared to this. Lately it's been going with Applemz hill. Intelligence in EU = 0, translation function = 0, Siri in CZ language = 0, color change for top models… Proactually, you AppI'm staying?!?
ProIt's hard to leave the system, especially when there are multiple products and it's filled withcloud.
That's right, the ecosystem is 1*, especially when the whole family and smart home are involved.
As for the color change, everyone will just snort it into the case anyway (even the user from the article) and only see that one part. Plus, he'll advertise it without any problems or, as some wrote here, sell it for more.
You're right.
Which of the mentioned features do you get in another ecosystem?
I'm already considering breaking out of that ecosystem. There's more that annoys me. It started with a watch - I tried a different one by accident and it's been sitting ever since Ultra 2 has been in the drawer for three months. iPhone 16 Pro is probably my last iPhone. I am gradually moving my data away from iCloudu.
I tried the Pixel 10 Pro, which a colleague has, and I have to say that the assistant and controls (as well as other functions) are excellently localized into Slovak. I admit, breaking out of that ecosystem is extremely difficult.
a) … does anyone have something against pink?
b) ... imho it's a total fake ... that one user from the Czech Republic would turn pink and the statistics in the world are not wild enough to rebuild ... if it was a material error, it would go around the globe ...
c) ... at least there are clicks, at least there is website traffic ...
d) … sure, probably the admin will delete it again …
That won't be FAKE :), a similar problem (even if no one there attaches such importance to it) they have, for example, anodized computersonenty for bicycles (the cheaper ones) and, for example, also for e-bikes.
dear easter egg :)
Fortunately, this only applies to the "road" color :) let everyone choose the one they want, i.e. of course, but these experiments with Apple colors don't work very well
