When I first heard about the Lenovo Legion Tab Gen 3, I thought it was just another attempt to create a gaming tablet that would try to establish itself in a category traditionally dominated by a combination of laptops and consoles. But I have to say that when I tried it, I was pleasantly surprised. This tablet proved to me that Lenovo knows what it's doing and that a gaming device doesn't necessarily have to be a compromise.
A display that catches the eye
Let's start right away with the display, because it is absolutely crucial in the case of a gaming tablet. The Legion Tab Gen 3 is equipped with an 8,8-inch Lenovo PureSight Gaming display with a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz. That's a combination that already impresses on paper. But in practice it is even better. Colors are vivid, contrast is sharp, and every detail pops out in a way that makes you feel like the game is jumping off the screen. This refresh rate is especially noticeable in fast-paced action games where every frame counts. And if you're a fan of movies or series, believe me, even an ordinary trailer looks like a masterpiece on this display.
Performance that does not disappoint
Inside the tablet, the processor is beating Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 coupled with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. What does that mean in real life? Without exaggeration, anything you throw at the tablet, it can handle with ease. I played titles like Call of Duty: Mobile and Genshin Impact on the highest graphics settings and never once did I notice any stuttering or FPS drops. Multitasking, i.e. a combination of playing, downloading updates and occasionally replying to messages, was also completely smooth. Lenovo has also implemented the Legion ColdFront: Vapor cooling system, which ensures that even during long gaming sessions, theancThis will prevent overheating.
A sound that draws you in
Audio is another area where the Legion Tab Gen 3 excelPair of speakers with support Dolby Atmos creates a spatial effect that adds a new dimension to games and multimedia content. And haptic feedback? That's a chapter in itself. With every explosion, shot, or even a hit to the ground, you feel as if the action is happening right in your hands. It's a detail that can take the gaming experience to a higher level.
Battery that lasts
The battery capacity of 6 mAh may not seem like a miracle, but in combination with optimization, the tablet can last up to 550 hours even with intensive gaming. And if you need to recharge quickly, Quick Charge 12 will save you time. A pleasant surprise.
Conclusion: Is it worth it?
The Lenovo Legion Tab Gen 3 is a gaming tablet that does things differently and isn't afraid to experiment. Pro Those looking for a powerful gaming device that can handle both work and entertainment, this device is a clear candidate. For the price of 14,990 CZK, you get not only the tablet, but also a protective case and other accessories.
