When the company Apple released new versions of its operating systems in September this year iOS and iPadOS 18, updates came with big and small changes to a number of system apps, one of which was the native Calculator. For example, it was added to the list for the first time ever.onehas also been added to the iPad. In addition to the arrival of Calculator in iPadOS, Apple made some other major changes in this app. However, not all of them were received with unequivocal enthusiasm.
Among the mentioned changes, which users bore with extreme displeasure, was, among other things, the removal of support for repeated operations. Whereas previously you could press the equals button repeatedly while performing a calculation and perform additional calculations, with the advent of the operating system iOS 18 this option has disappeared. Pressing the equals key used to make it so that, for example, if they typed in 5 x 8 and pressed the equals key, the answer would be 40. But then you could press the equals key again to multiply 40 by 8 again. You could then press the equals key again to get that 320 answer multiply by 8. With arrival iOS 18.3 this feature has fortunately returned, and it should very likely be part of the native Calculator in the full, public version of the mentioned update.
