Conservationists are suing the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for allowing SpaceX to conduct an orbital test. The office is said to have insufficiently investigated the impact on the surrounding nature. Several species of birds are supposed to spend the winter near Boca Chica in Texas, and according to conservationists, the area is also a natural habitat for sea turtles.
