Tesla delivered a record number of cars in the past quarter

Tesla is celebrating a record-breaking quarter. It delivered 343,830 vehicles in the third quarter, a record for Elon Musk's company. Tesla says the Model S and X accounted for 18,672 of its quarterly deliveries, while the Model 3 and Y accounted for 325,158. Tesla produced a total of 365,923 vehicles last quarter .
