The F1 Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring starts today at 15:00 our time, so every motorsport fan should check out where the Austrian Grand Prix can be watched officially. The Red Bull Ring is one of the most beautiful circuits in the world and if you have not yet visited it in person, then I can only recommend it from my own experience.

F1 live online on F1 TV Pro

The best, easiest and basically one of the cheapest ways to watch F1 online is the F1 TV service Pro, which you can subscribe to for CZK 159 per month or CZK 1320 per year. But don't confuse it with F1 Access! As part of your F1 TV subscription Pro you get access to all F1 races from 1981 to the current season, including practice and qualifying. Of course, you also have access to all the statistics of all the races, thanks to which you can see when who changed, what tires they used, how many seconds they spent in the pits, what penalty they received and so on. You also have access to all seasons of F2, F3 and Porsche Supercup. There are also selected historical races and much more. For example, you can listen tochat team radio of one team, one specific rider, or even all of them at once.

A huge advantage is the fact that the transmission is of very high quality and you can stream it at home via AirPlay on your TV, but you can also watch it directly on your iPad, iPhone or computer, which is especially useful for races around the summer break, when many people are already traveling and on vacation and do not have the opportunity to watch the races directly from the comfort of their homes. The only thing to take into account is the fact that, for example, the camera switching options are only available on the website and within iOS you won't find them in the application. However, this is not a limitation that should somehow discriminate against people who don't want to use a computer, but rather a logical thing considering the size of the display. What I don't really understand and it's the only thing that bothers me about the whole service is the fact that the advertising banners on the formula1.com website and in the application do not disappear even after you pay the subscription. Also, the payment itself may not go as you imagine and be careful about that.

Unfortunately, other services for watching F1 TV are not available in the Czech Republic and even if you read on some sites that it is possible to watch live broadcasts on YouTube TV, for example, they unfortunately do not tell you that this service is only available in the USA. The best, easiest and highest quality variaF1 TV is therefore clearly mentioned ProSo if you don't want to pay for cable and watch without Josef Král's great commentary, definitely reach for this official platform, whose review you can read here. read right here.
